I'm using commit bdd25c9 on the DM-13768-https-upload branch.

This comment is about two aspects of keyboard interaction.  I'm used to being able to drive pop-up menus with tab to change fields and enter to activate the "submit" button.

On the first point, I was surprised to find that the tab button cycles over all the elements in the web page rather than just over the menu with focus.  This makes it pretty tedious if you have several dialogs open.  It would be nice to restrict the tab navigation to the dialog with focus.

Second, I usually expect that the highlighted button (usually at the bottom of the dialog) to be activated with the enter key.  That doesn't seem to be happening in this case.
