      Description

      This is an epic covering support of the continuous integration chain and release process. It also covers improvements, such as introducing automatic purging of eups tags as their accumulation signficantly degrades performance.

          Frossie Economou  dont we have a rule about having some description in an Epic ?  Ok I guess its maintenance so hard to asses .. other than ci is working .. but some one line description perhaps.
