After discussing with Yusra AlSayyad, the plan to finish DM-3704 is:

• Meredith Rawls works through all of the review comments and either addresses them and reacts  or is unsure how to address them and reacts :confused:. When done, the DM-3704 ticket branch will be updated and merge-able (rebased onto master).
• Yusra decides how to resolve the remaining review comments.
• Yusra verifies that the new diffim Tasks don't have any outstanding config problems, that each Task lives in a reasonable place, and that the APIs for both the zogy and A-L algorithms are acceptable.
• Meredith does any final changes, makes tickets for related future work (e.g., unit tests), and merges DM-3704.
