I've made a lot of small changes to Section 2, including clarification of some issues refined at the LSP workshop, and some minor edits to Sections 1, 3, and 4. This seems sufficient to trigger the DM-CCB process and get this document baselined.

RFC-467 has been created.

Created RFC-467 branch and applied edits that have come in since March.

I've added changes in responses to Jonathan Sick's comments on documentation to the RFC-467 branch. Additional changes will have to be undertaken in a further RFC in the future, and as I have noted on the RFC-467 ticket itself, issues of accessibility and internationalizability in the design require some higher-level consideration/decisions before any attempt to address them.

The document can be formally released any time at this point; we'll discuss at the DMLT tomorrow.

This is good for me is seems to cover well the status and is fairly homogeneous.

Not essential to change but I am surprised Fritz is not a co-author and someone form NCSA ..

That was purely an oversight to not update the authors. Xiuqin Wu [X] and Fritz Mueller should certainly be named. I'll fix that. I'd like to have an NCSA co-author as well.
