      Description

      In order to use testdata_jointcal with code that requires full transmission curves (such as fgcmcal), transmission curves need to be installed into the repo. Currently, these are defined only for HSC, and the installation is described here: https://community.lsst.org/t/transmissioncurves-for-hsc/2632 . This ticket is simply to install the HSC transmission curves into the HSC repo in testdata_jointcal.
