            To reduce some noise in the logs like 

            No locations for get: datasetType:jointcal_photoCalib dataId:DataId(initialdata=\{'tract': 9697, 'visit': 36262, 'ccd': 111, 'field': 'SSP_WIDE', 'filter': 'HSC-I', 'dateObs': '2015-07-21', 'taiObs': '2015-07-21', 'expTime': 200.0, 'pointing': 1297}, tag=set())

            for CCDs we do not process, I added ccd=0..8^10..103 to the matchedVisitMetrics command line.
