Firefly doesn't show grid labels in HMS format anymore

      Description

      In ops (and dev) branches, Firefly grid doesn't show the HMS equatorial format for J2000 coordinates. Both 'J200' and 'J2000 decimal' are the same.

       

      Please fix the feature.
