Jim Bosch wants to visualize maps of astrometric repeatability to help test jointcal. Make a notebook demonstrating how qa_explorer can do this.

First setup qa_explorer and display_ginga, then you should be able to run it.

Note to self (and possibly for future documentation): I had to add

 --NotebookApp.iopub_data_rate_limit=10000000

to my jupyter notebook command to avoid a problem in cell 7 of the original notebook. That's explained here: https://github.com/ioam/holoviews/issues/1181

Thanks for this Tim Morton!  I didn't actually get the ginga window to respond for me, but that's a very minor piece of this particular use case, and it's probably not worth spending time to fix for this particular issue.  I've let John Parejko know about it in case it's useful for the future, and that was my main goal here.
