I think this issue can be considered Done.

I updated the document using the latest template, see DM-16659 and corresponding PR.

Once that PR is merged in master an RFC need to be filed to approve the document and finalize the activity.

The DMTR, using the procedure proposed in the confluence page https://confluence.lsstcorp.org/display/DM/DM+Test+Approach

should be approved by whoever has requested the test activity to be carried on.

I think that a RFC is required for the approval of the new test specification issue LDM-533, that includes the 3 test cases.

The test plan is draft (master branch), but I think it needs a RFC for formal approval of the new version that includes the 3 new test cases.
