      Description

      The goal is to address miscellaneous problems related to running DESDM packages under Python 3. This is a "bucket story" to capture the work of multiple staff members testing, debugging, and performing comparison runs.

          After addressing various bugs, I tested Python 3 version of the DES DM framework by running two tracts from HSC RC1 dataset. Both runs completed successfully and I merged respective ticket branches in each package repository into master.
