            Proposed README following the pattern on the link provided:

            This repo currently contains no data. When data comes in it will be from the CCOB at SLAC, and/or from the real LSST camera.

            The purpose of this dataset is to be allow for the development of obs_lsst, and to allow DM to take a look at test stand data from the real camera.

            Selection criteria are TBD.

            The primary points of contact for this repo are Robert Lupton (rhl@astro.princeton.edu) and Merlin Fisher-Levine (merlin.fisherlevine@gmail.com)
