Hi Jonathan Sick, would you be willing to review this conversion? In addition to the puzzling issue with SinglePolygonException that I mentioned on Slack, I'm not sure I documented TransformConfig in a reasonable way, so I'd appreciate your input.

I’ll have to add SinglePolygonException to my to-do list to debug.
