As before, filter=NB0921 failed as it's not yet added to the metric definitions.

RuntimeError: No PA2 spec found for name=design filter_name=NB0921

Results and logs are at /datasets/hsc/repo/rerun/RC/w_2018_15/DM-14123/validateDrp/
