      Description

      This will enable us to create the schemas in a variety of database backends as needed.

       

      Schemas to add include:

      RegTAP 1.1

      ObsCore 1.1

      TAP (e.g. TAP_SCHEMA) from TAP 1.1

       

      Further tickets will include implementing an interface CLI/API/Web for updating these records.
