      Description

      Yusra AlSayyad noticed a comment regarding secondMomentStarSelector in examples/measurePsfTask.py during her review of DM-14233. Unfortunately, that example doesn't even work on master, and it doesn't use that star selector explicitly anyway.

      Here's the error I get when trying to run the example on (pre-removal of secondMomentSS) master:

      $ ./measurePsfTask.py
