Need to return a list from readParquet

      Description

      In DM-13876, one of the post-review corrections that I made was to return just a single element of the results list from readParquet. However, it appears that later on down the line within the butler, it is expecting this object to be a list. So this ticket is to just change the return of readParquet.

          Looks OK.  I'm a little concerned that the lists being input/output (which were supposed to support composite datasets) aren't exactly conforming to the proper interface, but they're almost certainly never going to be used with more than one element before Gen3 Butler gets here, so there's no real problem.
