Thanks for review! Merged both packages, now have to work on more difficult problem of skymap-visit joins.

Initial and incomplete implementation of the pre-flight solver is ready for review. I do not know if Pim Schellart [X] will have any time but if you have a minute you can check daf_butler update (and I even wrote a unit test for my new code). Tim Jenness could look at pipe_supertask (and daf_butler too if you like).
