      Description

      Enable running Scarlet in the stack during detection/measurement stage of processing deep coadds. Work will include:

      • Define metrics to quantify performance
      • Run it on the RC1/RC2 datasets and demonstrating those metrics are improved over existing
      • Profile/optimized to reduce runtime.
