explore eigenvalues/eigenvectors of decam ConstrainedPhotometryModel

      Description

      The decam ConstrainedPhotometryModel is the smallest test case I have that exhibits "instabilities" (e.g., mac/linux differences, fitting failures due to chi2 increase during outlier rejection when turning off rank update or changing the flux error pedestal), suggesting that it has a substantial non-linear component. With the output of DM-14509, I can look at the properties of the matrix itself, probably using a jupyter notebook.

      Depending on the size of the resulting matrix, I could also try the same with validation_data_hsc, which also exhibits such instabilities, but has a lot more components.

            We think issues here are probably in the DECam test data rather than Jointcal; we're not planning to address those on these ticket, but will revisit once we have newer refcats in the DECam data (DM-13701, etc).
