      Description

      lsst.meas.base.measurementInvestigationLib has convenience functions for setting up catalogs to rerun measurement tasks. However, if you call makeRerunCatalog with an id list including children but not their parents, these children will be skipped by runPlugins (e.g. from

      lsst.meas.base.SingleFrameMeasurementTask). makeRerunCatalog should offer options to either reset child objects' parent keys to zero if their parents are not in the list (the default) or add the parents to the id list.

            I only have one small comment put up on github for you to address, adding a code comment in. Once you have done that, feel free to squash, run a jenkins (just good practice) and merge

            Note about Jenkins:  It's required to build lsst_distrib.  It's good practice to build a ci_hsc.  ci_hsc still takes a while which is why its not required if you're sure your change won't affect it, but I always do out of habit.
