Fix race condition in new jointcal matrix dump test

      Description

      Russell Owen discovered a race condition in test_jointcal_cfht_minimal.test_jointcalTask_2_visits_photometry(), because the deletion of the files being tested (added in DM-14509) occurs in tearDown. Easiest fix is to delete the files after they've been checked for.
