Description
This epic will:
- Get lsst-dm/fgcmcal into lsst/ and lsst_distrib for CI
- Demonstrate using FGCM for photometric calibration in DRPs by:
- Calibrating HSC PDR1
- Generating Reference Catalog from outputs
- Evaluate outputs from rerunning DRP using calibrated reference catalog (without meas_mosaic! Will need jointcal for astrometry)
