      Description

      Run fgcmcal on the reprocessing of HSC PDR1: https://confluence.lsstcorp.org/display/DM/S18+HSC+PDR1+reprocessing
      This is the first mid-to-large-scale test of the lsst stack version of fgcmcal, and there may be issues which will be addressed in related tickets.
      The goal of this processing is to produce a "standard star" catalog that can be used as a dense reference catalog for computing (gray) zeropoints with any overlapping images. (DM-14670)
