      Description

      One of the outputs from fgcmcal is a dense catalog of calibrated reference stars. This needs to be converted to a format that can be used as a reference catalog in the stack. At the same time, the stars will have to be put on some sort of absolute photometric scale. At the moment, this will be on this ticket as well.
