Update the draft document on the LSST data model and its description, DMTN-067, with outputs from discussions at the DM-SST and DMLT meetings in May 2018.

These lay out a plan for how to construct the data model implied by the DPDD and populate it with pipeline outputs, as well as how to provide the metadata desired by the Science Platform, particularly the Portal Aspect.

Include discussion of how VO-DML might be relevant to this work.
