Note: as a short term fix, I exec d in to the running container on lsst-qserv-dax01, adjusted uwsgi_read_timeout in the webserv config up to 7200, then reloaded the nginx config. But something more permanent should be done for the container build for this service.

(Brian Van Klaveren also made short-term adjustments to the running service in /etc/nginx/nginx.conf)

Gregory Dubois-Felsmann been reporting seeing transient connection (MySQL) errors.  Enabling pool_pre_ping param may help, as in engine = create_engine("mysql+pymysql://", pool_pre_ping=True).
