Port obs_subaru to new CameraGeom

      Description

      Testing and improving the deblender is something that really needs to be done on real data of approximately LSST quality, and that makes HSC data a good choice. But first we need to fix the bitrotted obs_subaru package so we can use the LSST stack (not its HSC fork) to process that data.

            I thought I saw an issue along those lines in the past, but couldn't find it. I'll bug him about it (and this is actually a Lauren issue - she just doesn't have an account yet - we figured getting obs_subaru working well enough on the LSST side to push data through would be a very educational project).
