            I believe the photometric performance is limited by our rudimentary star/galaxy separation.

            I don't think meas_mosaic/jointcal are really the key issue. In particular, for this small dataset, meas_mosaic/jointcal wouldn't really have enough information to do that much better.

            Minor, optional: Clarify in the summary that while we still hard not hitting the design KPMs, the photometric performance is consistent with the last cycle (i.e., there's been no regression).
