      Description

      Installing Qserv on a cluster without internet access requires newinstall.sh to run in batch mode without installing Anaconda (whose install requires internet access). So Anaconda should have a -anaconda=yes|no. Usefulness of git -git=yes|no option, against full batch option answering "yes" everywhere could also be studied.

            I assume this is no longer required? Batch mode was configured to force the installation of miniconda somewhere around DM-11577, which is the opposite of what this ticket requested.

            No longer relevant to Qserv cluster installs, since Qserv such installations are now based on Docker containers built by CI and not on local source builds.
