Description
Initial investigations on using the Science Pipeline payload from within the Singularity containers. Try to run some small examples on our LSST machines.

Was able to run processCcd/singleFrameDriver examples on Verification Cluster debug queue. Closing the ticket for June/July. Further investigation is likely to continue next month.

Started trying small examples using singleFrameDriver on the debug nodes where Singularity has been made available (IHS-1114).
