Description
The convolved measurements on the undeblended sources are very useful, e.g., for photometric redshifts. However, they are not activated.

Just adding the convolved algorithm to the undeblended measurements in the configuration isn't sufficient, as there's a small bug in meas_extensions_convolved that causes that to break things.

- obs_subaru: activate convolved measurements on undeblended sources for the future.

Verified that convolved measurements were not included when originally configuring the undeblended measurements in obs_subaru. My fault.
