      Description

Create a Jupyter notebook describing the results of reprocessing HiTS in DM-14259 along the same lines as those already in the https://github.com/lsst-dm/ap_pipe/tree/master/notebooks directory.

The notebook should contain basically the same figures and analysis as the previous notebooks (ie, we're not looking for new plots here) — it just needs to be updated to work with the latest version of the data processing.

(Edited to clarify this ticket is for the notebook created with an initial slurm reprocessing, not the Coming Soon reprocessing described in DM-14762 which involves new templates from DM-15080. The data used here is the same as what was intended for DM-14260 but ultimately was split between DM-14260 and DM-14261; i.e., the data used here is the present ap_verify_hits2015 dataset which includes Eric Bellm's original set of hits2014 coadds for templates.)

Would you please look at this, John Swinbank? You can complete your review during the ap_pipe meeting tomorrow when I show everyone the lovely plots in the notebook, if you'd like. For a preview of coming attractions, feel free to navigate to /project/mrawls/DM-15081-Reprocessing-Slurm.ipynb

Thanks for clarifying what's going on here: this looks fine.

Minor point — do you want to include both the HTML and the notebook itself for DM-15081-Reprocessing-Slurm? I don't think the HTML is adding any additional value. (I can imagine circumstances in which it might be useful for archival purposes, but I think having the notebook itself in git negates those.)

Good point about the html versions being redundant. I removed it.
