Update the deblender to use multiband classes

            I changed the tickets so that this issue blocks DM-15104, so that DM-15104 will include making both the single band and multiband deblenders work as command line tasks.

            Hi Pim,
            Would you mind doing a quick review of this ticket? Most of the changes are just variable names to make it more obvious that multiband classes are being used with only a handful of lines that have any real changes to support the new objects.
