Reprocess RC2 with w_2018_30

      Description

      Reprocess the HSC RC2 dataset, as defined in DM-11345, using Stack w_2018_30. Steps include makeSkyMap.py, singleFrameDriver.py, mosaic.py, skyCorrection.py, coaddDriver.py, and multiBandDriver.py.

            In singleFrameDriver, among the 432 visits of the RC2 dataset, 8 CCDs failed, same data IDs as w_2018_28/DM-14988 (this comment).

            Running mosaic.py with numCoresForReadSource >1 no longer works, but the same jobs could finish okay if I use just 1 core for reading source catalog. So for this ticket mosaic.py jobs were done with --numCoresForReadSource=1. DM-15406 has been filed.

            The logs have been copied to /datasets/hsc/repo/rerun/RC/w_2018_30/DM-15120/logs
            The pipe_analysis and validate_drp runs are at DM-14990
