Support LDF environment - interface changes

      Description

      • In the LDF environment we won't display code changes, the monitor app should be flexible enough to suppress the corresponding column in the table if theres no data do display
      • Also, the table should report RUN_ID instead of CI_ID and link correctly to the corresponding URL.
