Compute Object Tables B+D columns from slot_modelFlux* columns

      Description

      Compute bdRadec, bdEllip, bdFluxB, bdFluxD, bdReB,
      bdReD, bdCov, bdChi2, bdSamples using CModel measurements in slot_ModelFlux_*

      If all values needed are already in slots, this can be implemented as a functor.
      If any needed values are not in the slot_ModelFlux* they must be added to the slots.
      If any needed values are not in the catalogs, but still in the exposure metadata or pixels, they need to be added to the catalog.

      Columns needed X 6 bands are:
