Metric description does not update

      Description

      On the monitor app (sandbox deployment) the metric description does not update when the verification package changes.

          It was missing the the self.uptade_plot_title() call on the on_change_package() method that is executed when the verification package selection widget changes.

          Fixed applied to u/mareuter/SE-118_sysver_demo_app so that it can be tested with the changes on this branch.
