Description
This is something I have not seen before. For ticket DM-15244 Jira is showing an extra branch for the obs_subaru package. In addition to the correct branch tickets/DM-15244 it is also showing unrelated branch tickets/DM-15104.
This is a nuisance because the number of branches does not match the number of pull requests making it more difficult to ascertain if I made a pull request for each ticket branch. (I sure wish Jira had a way of indicating that directly: providing names for the packages missing pull requests).

Guys, I don't know that it is a bug per se. Looking at the history there has been a lot of rebasing going on and I can't rule out that at some point one branch may have been rebased on the other or some such? Realistically I don't think we can track this down unless we have a bunch more cases.
I feel like I've seen this before, too. Sometimes when a different ticket is mentioned in a comment, maybe?
