      Description

      Based on the reprocessed HiTS 2014 data from DM-15080, and the DCR-corrected template construction code from Ian Sullivan, build DCR corrected templates.

            Thanks to lots of help from Ian Sullivan, I've made DCR coadds! There are some masking-related outstanding issues, but they generally look good. Using the DM-16632 ticket branch of pipe_tasks is presently necessary to make DCR coadds.

            The screenshot attached to this ticket shows a zoomed region of a single patch to illustrate some of the differences seen between different flavors of coadds.

            DM-16731 will address the issue of the missing mask planes. Since we have successfully created a DcrCoadd for every patch using the same inputs as standard assembleCoadd, this ticket is complete.
