      Description

      Bost 1.67 renamed the boost python library to libboost_python36. This leads to Galsim 1.66 to fail to build because it can't find that library. The SConstruct needs to be patched to add the new name as an option.

            This patch fixes the problem with boost 1.68 and works also with current boost.
