ISR should overscan-correct all pixels, not just data/serial overscan region

      Description

      isrFunctions.overscanCorrection only corrects the data region (and, semi-accidentally, the overscan region).

      Whenever you are looking at CCD issues you need to correct all the pixels, including the pre-scan, the parallel overscan, and all the pixels in the serial overscan even if only some are used.

      At the same time, please cleanup the code to index by bboxes, which makes the code easier to read.

            I think so.  It may be invalidated by another ticket (DM-33429 is the likely candidate), but this is something that I'd like to have available in the future.  I've updated the epic and assigned it to myself so it doesn't get lost.

            I'm marking this as Invalid, as I successfully predicted in May, as of DM-33429 overscan application is more consistent.
