      Description

      Load MOCs with the search panel the can search the CDS server.

      • Needs a separate search panel
      • We need to research the CDS website and protocols
      • The search panel needs layout input from Gregory Dubois-Felsmann and Trey Roby
      • Search panel option should only appear when we have a HIPS or Image available but I am not sure where. Probably as a image toolbar dropdown.
