      Description

      Tim Jenness writes in DM-8389:

      I don't think that AST is an issue for processed data. Anything that has been warped to a standard patch is going to use standard WCS conventions. The issue is what to do about unwarped data such as a simple PVI/calexp that has not been reprojected and whose WCS is not representable by SIP. The only plausible answer would be to try to represent the WCS in STC-2 JSON serialization and write a Javascript library for handling STC-2 transforms.
