      Description

      This almost certainly will not be the final version of this pipeline task, but start the conversion process. This will show what works still needs to be done and spawn appropriate tickets for the exposed work. It will also bring the task much closer to the final version, such that at the end there will be far fewer changes to be made.

            This cant get run or merged until a butler bug is fixed (DM-15850) which should happen tomorrow, but I figured I would send it to you so you could start looking at it whenever you got a chance.
