      Description

      Add help anchor and ~2 lines of help text to hue preserving dialog.

      Ask David Shupe for wording.

       

      Add scaling factor for each band. Scientifically natural UI would be a logarithmic slider for each band, going from 0.1 to 10.0, with 1.0 centered, and the default being 1.0  (no scaling).
