For display of images, source catalogs and footprints described in DM-15823, enable a zoom-to-footprint functionality. The user will be able to select a row in the displayed source catalog. The image will then zoom to the appropriate level to the selected footprint, and will highlight it. The zooming will make the footprint fill around 90% of the display.
