Firefly catalog search: selecting all table constraint rows from the header filter is broken

      Description

      In the catalog search panel, there is a table that displays the different columns available for a particular catalog, the one selected.

      The header of the table usually allow to select all the row to be displayed, this filter/feature is broken. Clicking on the header checkbox does nothing.

          It works for me with IRSA Viewer from irsadev.ipac.caltech.edu.

          For some reason, it does work if I click on the header row check box first.  If I click on a row to select/de-select it, then the header row check box is alive. It is a bug. But i think it is a low priority one.
