push ap_verify results to squash

      Description

      Eric Bellm requested via email that results from ap_verify are pushed to squash.

      This should be relatively straight forward to implement by adapting the squash logic in the validate_drp job (and factoring out commonalities to the the util namespace).

            The blue ocean interface seems to be confused. If you look at the pipeline.log under the Artifacts tab, it show successful completion.

            That log also has the same error. Whatever it is, it's unique to build 66.

            I believe the 60 minute build timeout was hit as the squash push is adding ~60minutes to the ~10min run time of ap_verify... and dispatch_verify.py was killed by jenkins before retrying.  I'm not sure how that results in an HTTP 500 error message.  The build timeout has been extended to 90 minutes until the squash ingest performance is resolved in DM-16519.
