Remove more paf files from obs_base

      Description

      These somehow escaped the purge of DM-15767.  They should no longer be in use, and hence easy to remove.

            I see that you're just deleting files, which is executed in excellent form WRT review.

            I assume you know why you don't need them and/or where the data they used to contain is now located. In which case I say "fire in the hole!"
