buildbot's Web interface currently runs on port 8010 of lsst-buildx.ncsa.illinois.edu. Various networks, including unsecured visitor and public networks, block access to unusual ports. It would avoid problems on such networks if buildbot were to move to port 80 (HTTP) or port 443 (HTTPS).
